Beautifully renovated, this comfortable 3-bedroom house offers approximately 160m² of living space and is located in a hamlet in the hills above La Bourboule. Unlimited Wi-Fi access is included.

a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a 4-zone induction hob, integrated extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, etc.
A living room with a French billiards table,
A mezzanine lounge area with a sofa bed (217x150cm) on the mezzanine level.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, storage, and an en-suite shower room,
a shower room with a heated towel rail, two separate toilets, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs:
Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190cm).
You also have access to a spacious garden with a table and chairs and unobstructed views. Alongside the house, there is parking for 2 to 3 cars.
