6 person holiday home in Stege

Out in the protected Ulvshaleskov forest with peace, birds and wildlife lies this cozy, undisturbed summer house. The house is 77 square meters with a large natural plot. There is a wooden terrace all the way around the house and a small reed-grown lake where the green-legged bunting nests. The cottage contains: spacious bedroom with double bed with a hallway to a bright living room with dining table and double sofa bed. The living room has large glass panels and a beautiful view of the outdoor area, where in the summer you can pick blueberries for your breakfast. This living room is connected to a smaller living room, which has an alcove and a wood-burning stove/heat pump and a functional kitchen. From here, a hallway with access to a utility room with an extra refrigerator with a small freezer and a nice bright bathroom and access to a terrace with a small outdoor kitchen. There are many opportunities for wonderful hiking/cycling in the area as well as kayaking/fishing. It is about 3 km to the lovely child-friendly sandy beach Ulvshale Strand, 2 km to Nyord By and 9 km to Stege with fine shopping opportunities.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
