Cocoonr agency offers this charming 200 m² house for rent in Escalles, 500 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 700 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 70 m² living room with TV, corner sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room, WC
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 700 m² enclosed garden and a 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Escalles, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Transport :

- Lille-Lesquin airport is 1? hours away by car

- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet (cat or dog) is allowed per stay. It is forbidden to let them sleep in the rooms or on the armchairs.
