    Dont let the exterior deter you from this very economical centrally located hotel in the heart of Koblenz. We had a three person room with 3 separate twin beds and a comfortable size room with hardwood floors! Check in was fast and easy, booking through Agoda with no issues. Full size windows that open up allow great breezes, and they also seal tight so no noise during the night. The staff works very hard to clean hallways and keep rooms tidy. I think this is a new location to the Best Price chain, so seems like a transition period, but its a great bargain. Also recommend an easy morning trip, one train up to Emser Therme in Bad Ems in the mountains!

    The check-in was nice, friendly, smooth. The place was comfortable; nice location. On the morning I left the elevator button to the main floor did not work. A cleaning lady went down and pushed the button to summon it. I was supposed to leave/check out at 11. I was turning off my laptop at 11:05 and a cleaning man came in. He couldn't speak English or German but showed me a text on his phone that "I should have been long gone." Rude.
