Important Information

Check-In and Check-Out Guidelines
• Check-In Time: Standard check-in is at 16:00. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee, or by reserving the night prior to arrival.
• Check-Out Time: Guests must check out by 10:30 AM. Late check-outs may be offered subject to availability and may incur a fee.
• Identification: Valid photo ID matching the name on the booking must be presented at check-in. Accepted forms include passport, national ID card, or driver’s license.
• Luggage Storage: Early arrivals or post-check-out guests may store luggage free of charge for up to 12 hours. A €10 daily fee applies for extended storage.

Booking Extensions
Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. Pricing may differ from the original booking rate.

House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests must keep the apartment in a tidy condition and report any damage immediately. Charges may apply for excessive mess or negligence.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a €200 penalty.
• No Parties or Events: No gatherings, parties, or events are allowed. A €200 fine will apply, and guests may be asked to vacate without refund.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless written approval is given in advance. If approved, a refundable €500 deposit and €200 cleaning fee apply.
• Key Replacement: Lost or stolen keys will incur a €200 replacement fee.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests must dispose of waste according to instructions provided in each unit, using designated bins and sorting by type.
• Energy Use: Utilities are included, but guests are asked to use water, heating, and electricity responsibly.

Damage & Liability Policy
• Definition of Damage: Any harm to the property or furnishings beyond normal wear and tear, including scratches, stains, water damage, broken fixtures, etc.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs and any revenue loss caused by unavailability of the unit.
• Mattress & Bedding: Soiled or damaged bedding and mattresses will be charged for replacement.
• Vehicle Liability: The accommodation provider is not responsible for damage or theft of guest vehicles.

Access and Staff Entry
• Routine Access: Staff may enter the unit for scheduled cleaning, inspections, or repairs, with advance notice where possible.
• Emergency Access: In urgent or safety-related cases (e.g. illegal activity, welfare checks), staff may enter without notice.
• Pets During Service Visits: If pets are permitted, guests must accommodate staff access, including temporarily removing the animal during visits if requested.
