About this apartment rental
Beautiful 4 room apartment with a large balcony, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom.
Unique location in the middle of the vineyards with a breathtaking lake view.
Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a living room. It is possible to set up an emergency bed in the living room. A cot and high chair are also part of the inventory. Dogs are of course welcome.
Spacious garden with wooden grill and swimming pool.
The pool is also used by me and my family.
Our guests receive a free wine pass with which they can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge.
Further advantages of the wine pass:
Free entry to around 90 museums, palaces, castles and collections. These include the South Tyrolean Archeology Museum with the Ötzi, the Messner Mountain Museums, the Runkelstein Castle and many more.
leave the car and use it free of charge: regional trains (Brenner – Trient, Mals – Innichen), local buses, cable cars to Ritten, San Genesio, Meransen, Mölten, Kohlern and Vöran, the Ritten tram and the funicular to the Mendel and the Post Auto Switzerland between Mals and Müstair,

For our family of 4, this was the perfect place. Stefan and his family where very welcoming and helpful, but also very discrete. We felt at home immediately. The house is located 1 km from the centre of Caldaro in a calm street between the vineyards Everything you need is available. Stefan even got us excellent e-MTBs to explore the area. We enjoyed the pool (lightly salted and not chlorinated water) a lot. And then there is the view... This is nothing less than a little paradise.
