About this apartment rental

This recently renovated 3BR, 3BA condo at Topsider Condominiums offers stunning top-floor views and sleeps 6-8 with 2 king beds and 2 doubles. Features include a wine cooler, refrigerator with hot/cold taps, and a Keurig maker. Decorated in sea salt greens with island flair, it offers luxurious comfort and ample seating. The complex boasts 2 resort-style pools, a 12'x32' boat slip, and 2 jet ski lifts. Centrally located near the Grand Glaize Bridge, it’s perfect for lakefront relaxation and fun.

Come enjoy the amenities of Topsider Condos where the two resort pools are open from Memorial Day thru end of September. Each Topsider Condo is 3 bedroom and 3 bath, 1600+ sq feet, but it is the insides and quality of furnishings that make each condo unit stand out. This top-floor condo was recently undated, July 2025, added a wine cooler, and has a refrigerator with a built in K-Cup coffee maker and hot water tap as well as an icemaker and filtered drinking water. Comfy beds and a TV in each room, we inviite you to stay at Condeo 505. Not all condos have a boat slip or jet ski lifts. Topsider has BOTH a 12"x32" slip and two jet ski lifts.
