Die Umgebung und das Haus mit seinem Grün drumherum sind schön. In der FeWo gibt es einige schöne Bilder an den Wänden, und die Küchenausstattung ist - bis auf wenige Ausnahmen- gut. Parkplatz kostenlos auf dem Hof. Der Gruß des Hauses zur Ankunft ist ebenfalls besonders und nicht selbstverständlich. Schöne Küchenzeile, gut integriert und genug Platz.
Zu wenig Lichtquellen im Wohnbereich. Fehlender Tritt oder kleine Leiter für kleinere Leute, um an Fenster und Glasregal zu gelangen. Daher zum Lüften immer auf Stuhl geklettert. Ungemütliches Sofa und insgesamt im Wohnbereich kein gemütlicher Platz zum "Hinlümmeln". Außentreppe (nach Art Feuertreppe) etwas kritisch für Leute mit unsicherem Gang und wenn man größere Gepäckstücke oder Karton transportieren muss. Viele angeschlagene Teller, fehlende große Pfanne, Korkenzieher war nicht da (haben wir aber auf Nachfrage sofort bekommen), Küchenwaage ohne Batterie.
