Step inside this characterful chalet, made of high-quality moonwood (Mondholz) and immediately experience the healthy, natural indoor climate so characteristic of this durable material. The generous front façade can be completely slid away, allowing indoor and outdoor areas to flow seamlessly together. Enjoy the sunny terrace, during long mornings with coffee or balmy summer evenings. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook
Relaxation guaranteed in the luxurious infrared cabin. A wonderful place to unwind after an active day in nature. By moonwood we mean the wood from trees that are cut down around Christmas just before the new moon. This wood is extremely robust, durable, dimensionally stable and also particularly resistant to pests. Natural, glue-free, free of pollutants. The originality of the wood has been preserved as much as possible. That is why glue joints have been dispensed with and no chemical varnishes or additives used. The processed wood is free of allergens, largely metal-free and antistatic. With care and craftsmanship, this chalet was built to be compatible, durable and timeless for people and the environment.
Just 20 minutes from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola to the Schmitten ski area in winter. Both beginners and families with children get their money's worth on the quiet slopes near the Niedernsill lifts. Here, there is a beginner's lift with a length of about 300 m and a drag lift with a length of about 600 m. By car, you can also easily reach the ski areas of Zell am See-Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps.
The recreational lake in Niedernsill brings wonderful cooling on hot summer days. Between Piesendorf and Niedernsill, hikers can explore the impressive cultural landscape trail. From here you also have a wonderful view of the Salzach valley!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
