Located on the third floor of a historic building (no elevator), this 83 sqm apartment is bright, quiet and full of charm. Vintage musical instruments — a piano, mandolin and gramophone — remain on display as a tribute to the former musician who lived here. These pieces add atmosphere and personality, though they are not for guest use.
The apartment includes:
• two spacious double bedrooms with comfortable beds and large wardrobes
• a welcoming living room with an L-shaped sofa that converts into a French bed, Smart TV and small wine fridge
• a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer
• a large bathroom with custom masonry shower and washing machine
