Conwy High Street Next To Marina

Location ideal, Spacious rooms. Plenty of room for 14 people.

car parking misleading. No car parking attached to house. Kitchen cupboards and window sills in bedroom could have done with a clean. The rest of the house was fine. Lighting above the sink not working hard to see.

Big party space, spacious rooms, great bathrooms, great location

We found it difficult to access the key safe by the door, very fiddly. The yale lock handle did not always work from the inside and caused safety issues. There was a pervading smell in the kitchen on arrival which did not disappear during our stay. Hardly any utensils to cook with though plenty of crockery. Two tea towels were not enough despite having dishwasher. No dishwasher tablets left (to have had just a few would have been good). Wine chiller not working, could not see how to switch on or where plug was. Oven was dirty

Position and space

Problems accessing WiFi (no passwords worked and access finally sort directly from router. Had a previous guest reset it?)/ insufficient towels left (access to extras given after contacting)/lighting in lounge area (no table lamps or uplighters)

This property is huge!! There were 7 of us and we were blown away with the amount of space we had in such a fantastic location. The beds were very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed!

This didn’t impact our stay at all, but to be picky it would have been nice to have some lamps in the living room, we brought them down from the bedrooms when playing cards in the evening.
