The location was good and the price.
The room wasn't clean and especially not the bathroom. It also had a weird smell that the host tried to cover with a lot of scented sticks and other room perfumes. Also, the host wanted me to call him an hour before arrival, then 30 min and then when I was downstairs. He also was a bit rude. His wife came downstairs and handed me the key and she was very nice.
