Welcome to our modern, spacious three-bedroom bungalow, newly available from August 2025. Perfectly situated just 1.5 miles from Gatwick Airport and its train station, and only 0.6 miles from Horley station, this property is ideal for families, groups, business travellers, short-term airport stays, or long-term professionals and contractors. Public transport options are excellent, with bus stops within a minute’s walk. Guests can walk from Gatwick Airport in approximately 20-25 minutes, Horley town in 5 minutes, making travel effortless.

The living area features two additional sofa beds only upon request, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space is bright and inviting, with bi-folding doors opening onto a new decked area with a private lawn and outdoor seating - perfect for relaxing after a busy day or enjoying morning coffee outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts a five-burner gas hob, American-style fridge/freezer, double oven, and essential supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and handwash.
