Master bedroom with:
a double bed, TV, and access to the terrace with views of the pool;
the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Second bedroom:
two single beds, both rooms feature built-in wardrobes and plenty of natural light;
the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Third bedroom:
located in a spectacular solarium with access to the second rooftop terrace and stunning mountain views.

The urbanization features spacious and well-maintained communal areas designed to provide comfort and enjoyment for all residents. Among its main features, there are tropical gardens surrounding the complex, offering a peaceful and natural atmosphere. There are several outdoor relaxation areas, perfect for unwinding or enjoying a drink in a cozy setting.
The communal pool is large, ideal for swimming or simply sunbathing on the available loungers. Additionally, there is a children's play area for the little ones, ensuring that the whole family can enjoy the space.
