About this house rental
This charming holiday home is set in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Inside, you’ll find a small entrance hall leading to the bathroom, and a lovely open-plan kitchen and dining area with partially new appliances. The bright, cosy living room features a wood-burning stove and offers a pleasant view of the garden, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed – as well as a delightful annex with electricity, heating, and a large bed, ideal for guests or extra sleeping space. From the living room, you can step directly onto a spacious covered terrace, which flows into an open sun terrace. This is the pfect spot to fire up the barbecue, open a bottle of wine, soak up the sunshine, and watch the children play. There’s also a football goal in the garden, providing plenty of fun for all ages. Additional amenities include a small outbuilding with a washing machine and a small playground just behind the hedge, only about 50 metres from the house. A mini-golf course is just 500 metres away. Long-term rentals are also possible. This holiday home is an ideal choice for families who value comfort, privacy, and plenty of nearby leisure activities.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
