This property combines two gîtes, which can be linked together, to accommodate a total of 15 people. The first gîte, 1117 "Les Hirondelles", is 116m² on two levels (ground floor + first floor). It includes a living room, a lounge area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and three bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people. There is also a 15m² terrace. The second gîte, 1116 "L'Épicéa", is 130m² on two levels (ground floor + first floor) and sleeps 9 people. The accommodation opens onto a beautiful living room with a dining and relaxation area. The kitchen is adjacent and has direct access to a pleasant 35m² private wooden terrace. A fully equipped bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is available for people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (3 single beds / 1 double bed / 4 single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Ideally located in the heart of the Haut Forez region, just 5 minutes from the A89/E70 motorway exit, discover this beautiful estate comprised of carefully restored stone farm buildings, enhanced by a magnificent 3-hectare fishing pond and 17 hectares of greenery with a children's playground, pétanque court, and more. Hiking opportunities abound! Domaine la Plagnette is a collection of two comfortable gîtes, "Les Hirondelles" and "L'Épicéa," located opposite Emma & Thomas's hotel and bistro-style restaurant. The charming accommodations are enhanced by wooden beams and brick-framed windows.
