HostnFly offers you a charming single-storey house, located in La Garde, in a quiet and natural environment.
The accommodation, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 4 people and offers beautiful interior volumes as well as a very pleasant exterior.

## Logement
You will have the whole house just for you, but only the ground floor, with an area of 114 m 2, will be accessible. The floor will not be occupied during your stay, ensuring calm and privacy.
The accommodation includes:
- a room with a double bed (160x190);
- a second bedroom with a sofa bed (160x200);
You will benefit from 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with filter, washing machine, as well as everything necessary for a convenient stay (hairdryer, iron, etc.).
To enhance your stay, you will find libraries with DVDs for young and old as well as a selection of board games at your disposal.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The spacious living room is equipped with a TV and wifi is available throughout the house. For hot days, a fan is available.
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace, a garden and a barbecue for your summer meals.
The house is surrounded by a large space of 4000 m2 and a small wood of pines and oaks, which we make available to travelers, ideal for relaxing or let children play safely.
A private garage allows you to park easily, and several beaches such as Le Pin de Galles, Les Bonnettes or Monaco are accessible in 15 minutes by car, with large free parking lots, or by the cycle path of the Littoral.
