This exclusive high-end apartment occupies the entire eighth floor, features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and four balconies, with views of both Polanco and Lomas de Chapultepec. It’s a very quiet building with thick floors and ceilings and considerate neighbors, and high above street level, making it the perfect refuge from the city; its convenient location near the Periférico also makes getting away very easy. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Parque Lincoln and 15 minutes to Parque Chapultepec and the museums on Reforma, and walking distance from the Polanco and Lomas de Chapultepec business districts, not to mention all the lovely cafes and restaurants of Polanco.
Additional amenities include: two parking spaces on the ground floor for your convenience; a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for your cooking needs – oven, microwave, coffee machines, dishwasher, plenty of silverware and cutlery and seating; a handyman that can be dispatched to deal with any issues you may have; plus a laundry machine and dryer. This apartment has been in our family for over three generations and it’s our pleasure to share it with business or vacation travelers looking for a comfortable home for an extended stay.
