Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 196 m² house for rent in La Bloutière, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 32 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 4,500 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 32 m² living room with TV, fireplace, and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and dining area
- A laundry room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside
- A beautiful 4,500 m² garden with trees (cherry, chestnut, apple) fenced only at the front of the house
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A secure pond
The house is ideally located in La Bloutière, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
