About this house rental
Welcome to the countryside! In this charming home, set just outside the village, you can enjoy peace and quiet combined with plenty of space both indoors and out. The house features a lovely, well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub – perfect for relaxation. There are two comfortable bedrooms and a landing with an extra bed, and on cool evenings you can light the wood-burning stove for warmth and coziness. The large garden invites you to play, relax, and enjoy the outdoors, all surrounded by peaceful scenery. The location is ideal – almost halfway between Næstved and Vordingborg – giving you easy access to all of South Zealand’s many attractions. Take a trip to BonBon-Land, visit the iconic tower, or enjoy the lively market days in Næstved. The area offers something for the whole family, whether you’re looking for entertainment, culture, or nature. A short drive brings you to one of Denmark’s beautiful beaches, Svinø Strand, where the bathing water is excellent. Dybsø Fjord is also nearby, perfect for a quiet day by the water. Shopping is easy, with a Rema 1000 supermarket just 200 meters from the house. Everything is in place for a relaxing holiday in scenic surroundings, with easy access to both attractions and everyday essentials.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
