The open-plan ground floor includes:
•A contemporary kitchen with all the essentials: full-sized fridge, oven, dishwasher, and cooking tools.
•A living and dining area with large windows and direct access to the pool terrace.
•A serene double bedroom with sea view and immediate access to the family bathroom, located just across the hall.
Upstairs:
•Two tranquil bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, private balcony, Sea View and king-size comfort.
The orientation of the villa ensures natural light throughout, while air conditioning in all rooms guarantees comfort in every season.
