Caroline and Susan welcome you to Bluewater Retreat, Bluewater Holiday Park, Dawlish Warren in stunning South Devon.
Nestled within the serene Blue Water Holiday Park, our caravan offers a tranquil escape, featuring only 30 caravans on the peaceful park. Enjoy views of the countryside from the decking, as you take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just a short 10-minute stroll leads you to Dawlish Warren Beach, where the Sea meets the River Exe.
Spacious Accommodation
Our caravan is spacious and easily accommodates 4 People. We provide a generously sized Main Bedroom that includes a Double Bed and an abundance of wardrobes, ensuring plenty of space for your belongings. A private door connects the bedroom directly to the bathroom, while another door from the hallway provides access for guests using the twin bedroom.
The bright and airy Lounge has 2 large sofas to allow you to sit and relax. French Doors and numerous windows allow the cooling breeze to flow through the accommodation. We have a Wide Screen TV so you can sit back and watch your favourite shows.
Thoughtful Amenities
To make your stay comfortable, we try to offer every essential and constantly add items as we think of them or as our guests request them. We hope to have anticipated your needs, providing items such as soaps, shower gel, towels, bed linens, rugs and a fully equipped kitchen complete with an Air Fryer, Microwave, Gas Hob, Oven, Kettle, Toaster and full size fridge with freezer compartment..

Unwind on the decking as you watch the sunset, or cozy up in front of the fire on winter nights while catching up on your favorite TV shows on the Widescreen Television.
Full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the accomodation.
Our Peaceful environment promises you a good nights sleep.
We do not allow smoking within the Caravan.
Pet-friendly accommodation, welcoming your furry friends. We are more than happy for you to bring your pets with you, as long as they are well behaved and are kept fully under control whilst on the site. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended at any time.

The train station is just a 15-minute walk away, with services running every half hour to Exeter City, home to its historic Cathedral and a wide variety of Shops, Cafes, and Restaurants. We are also directly opposite the main bus Stagecoach bus route, taking you to either Torquay or Exeter - you choose!
Alternatively, make your way to the renowned Riviera and explore Torquay, known for its vibrant harbour area which is surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants. Take in a show at the Princess Theatre located along the seafront in Torquay.

The park home/static caravan was very nice indeed!
Caroline the host was very friendly and left us a welcome pack of goodies and milk in the fridge! We had a hicup in that the remote control for the gas heating batteries died , so we couldn't use the heating on the 1st night, but the electric heater worked well, and Caroline came straight round and put it right the next morning!
It was a bonus having our dog with us too!
All round comfortable, great shower with various shower gels and shampoos available, and if you'd forgotten your toothbrush, there were 2 new ones there to help you out!
Only 5mins walk to a great pub with great food.
Dawlish Warren's beach was excellent too, with lots of very good quality shops and amusements nearby.
