Just 15 minutes from La Flèche and its zoo, the Ô Ptit Vallon cottage offers everything you need to relax in peace, stroll through the surrounding villages, and admire our countryside on foot or by bike.
Immersed in lush greenery, the cottage offers:
On the ground floor
- a large living room
- a kitchen equipped with quality appliances
- a large bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a separate toilet
Upstairs you will find: two large connecting bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one single bed, and a dormitory with four single beds. A bathroom with a toilet. Accessible via another staircase, a large mezzanine with a lounge/reading area: 1 large bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed, and 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed. There's a separate toilet and shower room.
For your leisure time, you'll find a large outdoor courtyard for summer evenings, as well as a playground for children and adults.
An additional cleaning fee is required for professionals: €150.
