About this bed and breakfast
"Au 315" is a 19 m² guest room located in Villeneuve-de-Berg, in southern Ardèche. It is an independent cottage, which you can lock yourself. You have a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom separated by a sliding door for more privacy. Enjoy the view of the Coiron massif, a fan, a smart TV with streaming services via fiber Wi-Fi, and a workspace with a desk. Breakfast is included and features homemade jams prepared by your hosts as well as local honey. The room is not designed for cooking or eating meals (no dishes or cooking equipment).
The property runs entirely on solar energy with LED lighting. You benefit from a private garden and a covered terrace of 14 m². The private outdoor pool (3.5 m x 3.5 m) is reserved for studio guests from mid-May to mid-September and will be heated in May, June, and September.
Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (one per stay), provided they are never left alone in the room. Events are not permitted. Access and interior are on one level. Public transport is accessible, but it is recommended to come by car due to the distance from stations.
Your hosts live on site in their own accommodation and offer an extra cleaning service for an additional fee. The 3,000 m² property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by oaks and nature.
