A CHF 30 non-refundable damage waiver fee is required, protecting you against accidental damages up to CHF 500. After booking, you’ll receive a link from our partner Truvi to complete this process—please finalize it promptly to confirm your stay.
🚗 It’s recommended to have a car to get here, as the nearest bus stop is about a 50-minute walk 🚶♂️⛰️, including some steep uphill sections. If driving, please be aware that the roads accessing the camping are narrow and steep — which is normal in Swiss rural mountain areas.
🚿🚐 Although the caravan has its own shower and toilet, due to its small water tank (only 40L) 💧, we recommend primarily using the campsite’s bathroom facilities (showers & toilets) 🚻, just a short 100-meter walk away 👣. Otherwise, you risk running out of water in the caravan for cooking and quick toilet use.

Located in a farm, the area attracts nature’s visitors like flies, mosquitoes, ants and small spiders. Spider webs may occasionally appear overnight—part of the charm of the countryside!
🧹 Cleaning Fee:
The cleaning fee covers a standard tidy-up. We kindly ask you to leave the place generally in order: furniture in their original spots and wash any dirty dishes and pans. Extra cleaning fees may apply if this isn’t done.
🎥 Video Tour:
After booking, you’ll receive a video tour with arrival instructions and a preview of the interior. If anything feels off, you can cancel with a full refund, provided it’s at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

🚍 Getting Around:
Accessible by roads, but note they are narrow and at some points steep. Please note the roads are curvy, narrow, and steep. Drive carefully and enjoy the ride!
Public transport is available with a 50-minute walk (down and uphill) to the nearest bus stop with regular buses to Thun train station.

🙌 House Rules to Make Your Stay Enjoyable for Everyone 🙏
🌙 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, especially on the balcony, to respect our neighbours. Noise sensors will alert you if limits are exceeded.
➡️ As part of the camping rules, check-ins are not allowed after 8 PM.
🎉 No Parties: Parties are not allowed, and breaking this rule will result in notifying the authorities.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors.
🐾 No Pets: Sorry, we can’t accommodate pets.
🌬️ Ventilation: After cooking, please air out the caravan for at least 15 minutes, and air out the bathroom after showering.
📸 Report Damages: Please report any damages with photos as soon as they occur.
👥 Guest Numbers: Let us know immediately if there are more guests than indicated in the reservation.
⏰ Our Hours: We’re available to respond to messages from 8 AM to 6 PM.
📋 Amenities: Be sure to check the amenities list to know exactly what’s provided.
💧Hot Water: Hot water is heated overnight via a boiler. Excessive daytime use might lead to a temporary shortage until the next day.
