Welcome to Birdies & Bikes at Fairway 45! This cozy townhome on Dogwood Golf Course is steps from Blowing Springs Greenway, with quick access to the Back 40 trails and downtown Bentonville.

3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome with comfortable sleeping for up to 7. Includes 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and an L-shaped couch. All rooms have blackout curtains and extra blankets; the primary bedroom has a desk for added convenience.
