About this house rental
Welcome to your lakefront Oasis! This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin offers comfort with incredible lake views & outdoor amenities! Perfect for a fishing weekend or family getaway for relaxation & recreation.
The large covered back deck is complete with a grilling area and firepit where you can unwind while overlooking the water. The property offers a fenced yard, its own private launching ramp and a 20x32 dock (24' boat slip)- you'll have plenty of space to get out and enjoy the lake.
The space (Inside):
- Master Bedroom with queen size bed
- Spare Bedroom with queen size bunkbeds
- One Bathroom with Tub/ Shower combo
-Living area with TV, couch and 2 reclining chairs, small dining table, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area with Washer and Dryer.
- 🛜High speed internet and Roku TV: compatible with multiple different TV apps like Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV etc..
The space (Outside):
- Furnished covered Back Porch with table and extra seating
- Propane grill for cooking
- Deep freezer on the back deck for fish storage
- Few fishing poles/ tackle
- Paddle Boat
- Firepit with Adirondack chairs
- Fenced Yard
- Plenty of Boat/Trailer Parking
- Boat ramp on the side of the property (less than 50 yards from the dock)
- Covered Dock (24' boat slip)
**Newly added fish cleaning station right on the dock.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire cabin. Boat ramp on the side of the property and own private dock with covered boat slip.
Other things to note:
-Somewhat steep stairs going down to the dock.
-Cabin is in a secluded wooded area- final road to the property is bumpy. Low vehicles might have a harder time getting through. SUV or truck is recommended.
- Cabin is Well Water due to the location. Sulfur smell is common. Filtered water dispenser is provided in the kitchen for drinking.
-**Hot Tub on the property is currently not function-able

Cabin was lovely! Everything you’d need, including drinking/drinkable water! We bottomed out in our Corolla, An SUV is advisable and a truck would have no problem. Cell service wasn’t great but internet worked great for both laptop and TV. Would revisit when weather not so chilly, didn’t get to take advantage of being right on the water but the view…. sunrises were gorgeous, fog off the water was simply breathtaking, can’t put a price on that!
