As áreas comuns são boas. O espaço de convivência é aconchegante.
Banheiro coletivo com descarga sem funcionar (não funcionou na tarde de sábado nem na manhã de domingo) e chuveiro apenas com água fria (tem uma placa que diz demorar 05min para a água esquentar, mas contei cerca de 08min de espera e a água continuou gelada.
