Dellcote consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, slimline dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV, DVD player, woodburning stove and a selection of books, DVDs and games, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a twin with 2'6'' single and en-suite basin and WC, and a single, along with a ground-floor bathroom with shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and barbecue, and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.3 miles, a pub. This is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Highchair available on request. There are several eating places around Yelverton including The Drake Manor Inn and The Royal Oak which provide a warm welcome and superb locally sourced food. Nearby attractions include Buckland Abbey, The Garden House and Burrator Reservoir. The South Devon coast is within easy reach for day trips to Salcombe and the pretty riverside village of Newton Ferrers. The Naval port of Plymouth can also be easily reached, famous for its maritime heritage and the historic Barbican district its narrow, cobbled streets lined with a fine selection of restaurants and bars.
