About this house rental
With 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, conveniently located to restaurants, and easy access to I-516- this property is not to be missed! It's a quick six-mile drive to downtown and twenty miles to Tybee Island! Between beds and the living room sofa bed, our home can sleep 12 guests. We provide a fully furnished home, a fully-equipped kitchen, and onsite laundry to make our guests feel "at home." Family-friendly and pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. From the entryway, the dining room with a large farm table is to the right.
Past the dining room is the living room with a full-size sofa bed, two armchairs, a SmartTV, and access to the patio. Please note: the fireplace is not operational at this time.
Across the hall from the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with all essential kitchenware items to simplify cooking/meals during your travels. The closet in the kitchen contains the washer and dryer.
This home has a split bedroom floor plan. The first bedroom is to the left of the front door in the front of the house. It has two double beds. **Please note: this bedroom does not have a door but has a curtain in the doorway to provide privacy.**
Straight down the hall are the additional three bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The first door on the right is the master bedroom with a king bed, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom. The last two bedrooms both have a full-size bed. The second full bathroom is at the end of the hall with a shower/tub combination.
Out back is a small patio with a grill and a bistro table set.

Overall we were pleased with the property aside from a few minor things. Had a pleasant stay in Savanah for a wedding. I would probably give 4.5 if possible.
