L’habitant! I have not stayed anywhere like this before. Marie Anne previously worked in the hotel industry and it shows. The attention to detail, the nature of the welcome and the desire to create a restful ambience was superb. I enjoyed our discussions which enabled me to learn much. English is spoken here, which was fortunate for me. Superb value for money.

Une chambre chez l’habitant très agréable, propre et confortable, à 15-20 minutes à pieds du centre de Granville (une promenade par ailleurs magnifique, via les jardins Christian Dior et le bord de mer !). Notre hôte était charmante, toujours un mot gentil, elle nous a fait nous sentir à l’aise.
Ce n’est pas marqué sur l’annonce mais l’entrée est celle du bâtiment C !
