Inside, the house of 220m2, built on three floors and decorated with style, will offer you: Ground floor - A dining room / dining table for 12 people.- A large living room with large screen TV, comfortable sofas, fireplace and piano- A very independent kitchen, and fully equipped opening directly onto the terraced area and swimming pool to facilitate the way to/from! First floor: - Two bedrooms with double beds and dressing room, one opening onto a small shooting balcony.- A master bedroom with shower room and en suite toilet, large wardrobe and flat screen TV (only with DVD player, no channels), and also opening onto a shooting balcony.- A fourth bedroom with 2 single beds- A second independent bathroom with toilet completes the floor. On the second floor: - A large bathroom with shower and toilet.- A fifth bedroom with 2 single beds and a comfortable sofa.- A relaxation room with an office space, a huge sofa and a sono. AFFAIRS In addition to being only a few minutes from the beaches and the heart of Antibes: - Join Juan-Les-Pins, its beaches, bars & restaurants and casino in less than 3 minutes by car.- Join Cannes, its Croisette, its paradise beaches and casinos in less than 20 minutes by car.- Join Biot, to visit his old town or go see the Marineland Orcas in less than 20 minutes.- To reach the motorway in less than 15 minutes to go and discover the region (Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez...)- And for your business trips, the house is located 15/20 min from Sophia Antipolis technopole. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Parking inside the property. Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
