All equipped and very comfortable, it will offer you a large swimming pool and a nice sea view, all in the city center of Antibes... This holiday home is spread over two levels: - On the ground floor, you can enjoy a double family stay of more than 70m2 opening directly onto the terraced area from the outside and a large fully equipped kitchen with its perfect bar for early evening aperios. - There is also a library, office space and a shower room on this level. On the first floor: - You will discover 3 spacious bedrooms with double bed, and a superb bathroom with bath-dangle and sea view.- The largest of the rooms will give you access to the terrace where you can enjoy a VRAIE holiday view, without vis-à-vis. AFFAIRS You will be in the immediate vicinity (less than 5 minutes by car) of the beaches of Antibes and its fort Carré, just 10 minutes from the old town, where you can stroll or tour the bars. Some cultural sites such as the Fort Carré, the Picasso Museum, the Archaeology Museum or even the Post Card Museum, will await you in the city centre, within a 10-minute drive. The ducks from Valmasque Park will be on the rendezvous within 10 minutes, and the Orcas and dolphins from Marineland Park will be within 5 minutes. You can also easily reach the nearby cities (Cannes, Juan-Les-Pins, Golfe-Juan), in a few minutes by car by the sea, and the villages of the hinterland (Biot and Valbonne in particular, in about ten minutes).
