A quiet stay, a few minutes from Cannes. A bright house, a pleasant garden with swimming pool, summer meals in the shade of an olive tree, and the possibility of welcoming family or friends in an annex. The feeling of being home, on holiday. MAIN OUTCOMES - Very quiet residential area - Garden with heated swimming pool (on request) - Independent annex with shower room - 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms - Parking for 2 to 3 vehicles - Reversible air conditioning in all living rooms - Wifi included HOUSING The villa is located in a peaceful environment, slightly back from the road, offering tranquility and privacy. Upon entering, a first living room with a TV corner (classic channels and Android TV) and a dining area. A few steps down, a dining room with large bay window opens onto the garden. The fully equipped open kitchen also has everything you need to cook comfortably on site. On the night side, three bedrooms in the main house: - A master suite with queen size bed (160x200 cm), bathroom with toilet - One bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm), adjoining a shower room - A third bedroom with double bed, shower room and toilet en suite - An independent toilet completes this part In the garden, an independent annex offers: - Night corner with double bed - A shower room with toilet sanibroyeur - A small office and an extra fridge The garden has a swimming pool of 4x4 m, warmable between April and October (ask to be made 3 days in advance). A shaded outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen equipped with a Ninja grill is also available. Parking possible for 2 to 3 cars inside the property. AFFAIRS The villa is located in a residential area of the Cannet, a few minutes drive from the points of interest of the region: - Centre historique du Cannet: 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot, pleasant for a walk, a café on the terrace or a quiet dinner overlooking Cannes Bay - Cannes beaches: accessible in 15 minutes by car. There you will find public beaches and private clubs along the Croisette - La Croisette: 15 minutes, also perfect for a stroll, a lunch by the sea or shopping - Antibes Street: 12 minutes by car to access all the big signs and independent shops - Forville Market: 15 minutes by car, ideal for buying fresh local produce - Lérins Islands: departure from the Laubeuf wharf in 20 minutes. 15 minute boat ride to islands - Amenities: bakery, butcher shop and Leclerc shopping centre 5 minutes walk - Golf Cannes-Mougins: 15 minutes by car, for amateurs A strategic location to enjoy Cannes, while being quiet and in a residential setting. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Arrivals beyond this schedule must be specified and may incur additional costs.
