Convenient for catching the morning ferry to Lochmaddy.. Adequate facilities and everything was clean. Staff responded quickly to a query.
The caravan was a bit dated although efforts had been made to update items such as toaster, kettle, microwave, flame fire and TV. More improvements are necessary such as a new washbasin in the shower room and new replacement flooring.

The location right next to the ferry terminal was ideal.
Caravan was clean and warm and had everything you would require for a short stay.

The caravan had a cozy feel to it, was nice and warm and had everything we needed, more spacious than we thought it would be for a caravan.
It could have been cleaner, the first night we stopped the neighbours we had were really noisy until 11:30 and could hear them over the tv really loudly, although it stated there was a smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm I couldn’t see anything to do with the smoke alarm and the carbon monoxide alarm didn’t seem to be fitted?
