Kick back and relax in a newer safe and quiet subdivision, conveniently located within minutes from everything, Conway Towne Center, Hendrix College, Don Owens Sport Center, CineMark movie theater, Urban Air, Soccer Field, Conway Commons and Lewis Crossings Shopping Center, Beaver Fork Lake, Bowling Alley, Restaurants and so much more family activities. This 4BR and 2 baths home has open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and separate dining room that's very spacious for everyone. House smelled clean when you opened the door, which is always a plus! Nice ranch style set up for older family members. Beds are fairly comfortable for a short stay. Note that house sits on a hill so driveway is very steep. But they allow you to use the garage if you have an older family member like we did.

Beautiful home and property! The house was so clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and was very comfortable for our group of 8. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Welcome snacks and emergency stash of toothbrushes were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and just minutes away from all of the hot spot in Conway. Overall, our group had a wonderful experience and would come back to stay again for our next Conway visit.
