Mostly known Lorch mainly by its poets and Staufer especially since not only Friedrich Schiller, Eduard Mörike and Gustav Schwab the place called home; Finally, the Romans felt at home here, especially behind the still visible Limes, ultimately the defense against the then wild Teutons.
There is this beautiful little holiday haven, and therefore the starting point for many activities. Here close to the B 29 and finally in a convenient location to the transport connections to Stuttgart. This particularly easily accessible, depending on traffic on the main roads B 29 / B 14 through the Kappelberg Tunnel.
