The large, fenced in backyard was perfect for my son's two small dogs. It was great having board games and the pool table for the evening. We were in town for University of Dayton Family Weekend it was convenient to the campus. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The dining and family area has plenty of seating. Quiet and nice neighborhood. We had a great stay!
