Situated just 10 km from Piazza Matteotti and 36 km from Pitti Palace, this exceptional property sits on the 20-acre La Marcinella estate, promising a memorable stay in the heart of Tuscany.
The villa provides a plethora of indulgent amenities to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Inside, you will find smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all of the necessary appliances, and a cosy mezzanine floor with plenty of comfortable seating. The spacious lounge/diner features two comfortable sofas and dining facilities for eight guests, ideal for gatherings and relaxation.
With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a complimentary hot tub and a heated indoor swimming pool, Villa Gialla offers ample space to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests. Air conditioning throughout the villa ensures a pleasant stay, while a covered terrace boasting alfresco dining facilities offers incredible views of the vast estate.
You will find a selection of eateries, bars and a mini market in the local town, as well as a range of local businesses lining the quaint Tuscan streets. Venture further afield and you will find the stunning towns of Siena and Florence within a 40km drive in either direction, both are well worth a visit to indulge in the rich culture and history of the region.

There is a tourist tax of €2.00 per day per person for the first 7 nights. For any bookings that arrive at the villa after 7pm, an additional €150.00 late check in fee applies. These fees will need to be paid in cash upon arrival.
