Access is partly on foot and by ski, with possible ski-in depending on snow conditions. A shuttle stop is right in front of the building, making it easy to get around the resort or return if you miss the last lift or arrive by bus. The building is away from nightclubs and bars, offering a peaceful environment.
The rental includes a private covered parking space in the residence’s garage, close to the elevator. The apartment is on the second floor and faces south. A ski locker is available on the ground floor.
Shops are just 50 meters away and can be reached on foot. There is also a foosball table and a shared lounge with a communal library on the ground floor.
