Welcome to your stylish retreat in Kitzbühel! This high-quality furnished flat combines alpine charm with modern comfort. The spacious terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours with a view of the greenery. The open-plan kitchen-living room, elegant wooden elements and cosy sleeping areas make the flat the ideal getaway for couples or families

Located on the quiet Eichenweg, just 2 km from the centre, an exclusive hideaway in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps awaits you. The Eichenheim golf course is in the immediate vicinity, as are hiking trails and ski areas. Access is via a private road with an electric entrance gate - your oasis of peace in a prime Alpine location

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
