Spacious rooms. 2 with own entrance. Suitable for contractors, group bookings, hen parties and relocation stays. There are 3 king size rooms with ensuite. 3 double rooms with 2 shared bathroom & Living room with high quality Sofa bed. 4 parking spaces on the drive and Free off Road parking. Garden and bbq area with 200ft garden. 7 rooms in total. Use of a shared kitchen. 15 min drive to Reading train station or 5 min walk to Tilehurst train station. Bus stop and local shops 2 min.
