Bellavista

Filippo gave clear directions and was very responsive before arrival. Convenient location to buses and trains, very quiet despite busy car traffic outside. The spectacular views and the free on-site parking were a huge bonus. Charming and immaculately renovated apartment with a spacious living room and comfortable seating.

Main bedroom has no closets and other bedrooms have no surfaces for any personal items. Kitchen could use some love: many of the glasses and dinner ware were chipped, the cook utensils were sparse and pots/pans were in rather sad condition. Surprising drawbacks since there’s obvious attention to details everywhere else. Second bathroom was a half bath, so listing should have called this 1-1/2 bath.

Très bon séjour on était vraiment surpris pour tout, situation géographique, calme, jolie vu le matin devant les montagnes et le lac, propreté, et notre hôte très attentif à nous, merci à Mme et Mr Filippo.

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans l’appartement de Filippo et Patrizia et nous sommes toujours aussi enchantés. Beaucoup d’espace et tout l’équipement nécessaire pour un excellent séjour. La place de parking est un réel avantage en ville. Nous reviendrons certainement à nouveau.

Patrizia und Filippo waren sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Die Kontaktnahme und Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert. Die schön möblierte, neu renovierte Wohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht war ein Traum, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal ist auch die Lage nahe beim Bahnhof und zu Fuss in die Innenstadt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
