The accommodation was very clean, quiet, and convenient for the city. I would stay again.
It's not clear how to make the TV work... and I just didn't have time or inclination to figure this out. Also, likewise the ASK4 WIFI, I also didn't have time or inclination to figure this out either.

No one on the reception on arrival, they had to be phoned, as this is a split property with half being student accommodation, the student staff have nothing to do with the other rentals. The host eventually turned up and was ok but a course in hospitality management would do no harm. The kitchen was nice but lack of cups and cutlery (see pic). Mentioned to man in charge who said he will have a word with the cleaning staff to have it looked into, but seeing this was on a weekend and room not getting cleaned this wasn't sorted over my stay

The location is nice. I never felt unsafe and you can just walk to the city centre or the University campus.
There were graffitis in the stairs but it was done by a few teenagers I think.

New furnish and clean
Male member of staff, who gave me the card for my room, attitude. The way he spoke to me.Also telling me I wasn't allowed to use the vending machines or approach reception
