The space
This cozy 200 sq ft studio is an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) attached to the main house, offering full privacy with its own private entrance, bathroom, and mini kitchen. It’s ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet, comfortable stay. The space is newly built, clean, and well-equipped for both short and long stays.
There is a connecting door to the main house, securely locked on both sides, ensuring full privacy. A soundproof wall has been added to the shared wall, and the insulation works very well, so you can enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.
The unit includes one bedroom, a private bathroom, and a mini kitchen equipped with essentials (sink, mini fridge, microwave, and portable induction cooktop). It also features its own private entrance, so you’ll have full independence throughout your stay.
We are conveniently located between I-15 and I-805 in San Diego. The room was very clean and comfortable. We can accommodate 2 people.
Please note that only registered guests are permitted to stay on the premises. We kindly request that you refrain from registering for one person and bringing additional guests to stay. Thank you for your understanding

Other things to note
If you need to do laundry, the laundry room is located at the back of the house. You can access the laundry room through the laundry door in the backyard. You'll find laundry detergent under the kitchen cabinet.
Our kitchen does not have a stovetop but includes a microwave and oven. If you need an induction cooker, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to provide one for you.
Just a heads-up—there’s no TV in the room.
Parking:
There is plenty of free street parking available right in front of our house, and it’s usually easy to find a spot. Please do not park in front of our neighbor’s driveway — even partially — as it’s both unsafe and illegal. We appreciate your cooperation in being respectful to our neighbors!
