The 122 m² holiday apartment is located in a completely renovated historic mill building. Geothermal heating. Private entrance, 3 bedrooms, and 2 living rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Wi-Fi, LED TV. Luxury amenities. A wonderful sun terrace with a barbecue grill directly on the mill pond.
In spring, a sea of blossoms enchants, consisting of countless winter aconites, daffodils, snowdrops, daffodils, and primroses. The old rhododendrons are continually being supplemented by new plantings, some of which are rare. In the long term, the property will be home to a select plant collection. The ponds are home to thousands of frogs and newts during the spawning season. Black storks are a frequent visitor.
