Very warm and clean with excellent location. Very easy to find.
The back yard was a bit of a mess and could do with a tidy up .

The place was immaculately clean and the location fabulous
The couches were very uncomfortable and the furniture a bit shabby.
There was no soap for the shower - but three bottles of conditioner.
The place was value for money but more care could have been provided on the comforts such as a hairdryer, coffee plunger and some cushions - and maybe a microwave oven.

Approximate distance to the beach <5min walk (didn't wait long for the penguins to return, as it was too cold)
