Le studio avait ce qu’il fallait pour y vivre 1 mois. La proprio est juste exceptionnelle! Réactive, à l’écoute, et d’une gentillesse 🥰
L’isolement phonique n’est pas top, les escaliers qui mènent aux appartements supérieurs sont directement au dessus des toilettes et si les locataires se laissent trop porter par leur poids ça s’entend du studio. La proprio essaie de trouver un système qui puisse atténuer cela.
