About this apartment rental
In the heart of Amsterdam Zuid, the ‘Rivierenbuurt’, we offer our recently refurbished, spacious 135m2 apartment with a great 36m2 roof terrace with lounge sofas and BBQ equipment. The house is perfect for families, business trips and visiting RAI conferences. Only a two minutes’ walk to the Scheldestraat with its lovely restaurants and bars. Very near RAI conference center and just minutes from trams/busses.
The apartment consists of two floors and an attic. It’s a lovely, spacious 3 bedroom apartment located in Amsterdam Zuid, conveniently close to the RAI conference center and all public transport. One of the gems of this apartment is the 36m2 leafy and quiet roof terrace on the 3rd floor.
The apartment has been refurnished and renovated to a high spec including a Bulthaup kitchen and Philip Starck bathroom. The apartment has its own entrance on the 2nd floor of a historic house. Inside the apartment you find another flight of stairs that leads to the 3rd floor and the roof terrace.
The apartment comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom sleeps two on the 2nd floor. The other two bedrooms sleep one or two, depending on your request. On the 1st apartment floor you find a spacious open plan living and dining room with a modern, slightly industrial design an an open kitchen. The living and dining quarters can be divided by two Art Deco sliding doors.
All beds are equipped with comfortable bed linens. On the 2nd floor there’s a bright bedroom with built in closets and a double bed. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a gorgeous white high ceiling under the eaves and French doors to the balcony. It has a double bed with a memory foam mattress. The 2nd bedroom on the 3rd floor also sleeps two. Should you request an extended stay, we can provide ample wardrobe space.
The apartment has all the modern day conveniences…and then some: high speed WiFi throughout the house, flatscreen television, remote control lighting, Bluetooth music devices.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, water cooker, all sorts of pans and of course the basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. We’re proud of our coffee machine that grinds your beans before serving you real fresh coffee! There’s also a foamer for your desired latte's or cappuccino’s.
The bathroom has a shower and a Philip Starck bathtub. Towels, shampoo and shower lotion are provided. There’s a Siemens washing machine ready for use. The toilet is in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom.
This spacious apartment is especially suited for families who want to explore Amsterdam and stay in a comfortable, child friendly house. The apartment is also certainly well appointed for business trips. We provide a free city map, a city guide and a small guide for the house with some highlights of the neighborhood.
