The overall space is pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, and the cleanliness is adequate. The surrounding area is excellent, with a riverside promenade that allows easy access to the city center (approximately 3 km).
The staff absolutely refused to speak English and didn't even understand anything said in English. Only 2 receptionists spoke English. One of the receptionists (a middle-aged man with white hair and a ponytail) was extremely unpleasant, arrogant, and incapable of showing the slightest empathy.

Zimmerausstattung hervorragend, perfekte Technik, Parkplatz ohne Ende, zu unserer Reisezeit (Samstag bis Montag) Parken und Frühstück im Preis enthalten, Hotel mit 4 Sterne zum Preis von 2 Sterne Unterbringungen. Bett tadellos, Bad hervorragend, Klimaanlage sehr gut regelbar, Hotel Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück exquisit, allerlei bereitgestellte Speisen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Zum zweiten Mal da gewesen innerhalb 4 Monaten und mit Sicherheit in Zukunft noch viele Male geplant.
Alles war gut.

Lage, kostenfrei Parken, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal
Sonst ist alles immer sehr neuwertig und sauber. Diesmal war das Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt.
